About Self

Ashish Mendiratta is a seasoned professional specialized in Supply Chain Management. His 25+ years of career includes working with a number of globally renowned and leading Indian organizations like Gillette, Nestle, BILT, Philips and Kohler. In his previous roles Ashish was Director-Supply Chain, Asia Pacific at Kohler and Director-Supply Chain, India & Pakistan at Philips. His last assignment was Director and Co-founder at Thinklink Learning Services Pvt. Ltd.

As part of industry experience, he realized a big and widening gap in the supply chain competency for many organization to deliver sustainable and measurable supply chain performance. He believes that competency development requires a structured and sustained effort. With this mission in mind, he quit his active corporate career to pursue his passion

In 2011 he co-founded ThinkLink Learning Services Pvt. Ltd., in the domain of Logistics and Supply Chain skills development. Over last few years he has been actively engaged with well known companies to deliver measurable outcomes using a comprehensive approach including competency mapping, assessment and development. He has also coached many working professional through on the job projects. He also conceived and developed certification program for fresh graduates and vocational skills for the college/school dropouts linked to the employment in the sector. He was instrumental in partnering with CILT UK and RTITB UK that are known and have long experience in offering various programs & certificates for Logistics sectors.

He attended a seminar in Case Teaching Method organized by Harvard Business Publishing. He is a certified trainer in the business simulation "The Fresh Connection" and certified Industrial & Commercial trainer by RTITB, UK.

He completed Masters in Industrial Engineering from NITIE in 1989 and holds a Bachelor of Technology degree from IIT Roorkee, 1988.

Their addition to our Board of Advisors would help strengthen the image of IAMA and at the same time their experience and valuable inputs would definitely assist us in giving shape to our future projects globally.
