Institution keen on opening an IAMA SVTE Affiliate Center can contact IAMA at iamasvte@iama-india.org or contact the IAMA Chapter in their native country Alternatively, they can download and fill up the IAMA SVTE Affiliate Center Application Form and submit the same along with the necessary supporting documents for review and consideration On receipt of the application form, the representative from IAMA STVE shall contact the center within 7 working days for discussion
